From November 5 to 8, the group of friends from Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Bao Loc, together with Cuong Vy Wedding Center - Bao Loc, Lam Dong, organized a trip to support people affected by the floods, those in difficult circumstances, rescue and relief forces, and schools in Hue City.

On the morning of November 2, General Secretary To Lam visited Hue and traveled to Quang Dien District to meet, encourage, and give gifts to households affected by recent flooding.

On the morning of September 14, at the Youth Center (57 Lam Hoang Street, Hue City), the city's Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized a contest on “First aid skills, and communication on voluntary blood donation, tissue donation, organ donation and climate change”. On July 11th, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee of Luxembourg Projects to review project progress and provide directions and planning for the upcoming period. In Da Lay commune (Da Teh district, Lam Dong province), the new homeland of the people from Hue today, it is hard to recognize the traces of the hardships from nearly half a century ago. More than a year after the initial land clearing and village-building efforts, a new homeland for settlers from Hue City gradually began to take shape in the southernmost reaches of Lam Dong province. Around 3,000 households with thousands of residents were starting to settle into their new lives.

After the country was reunified, the Pioneering Youth force transitioned to a new mission: overcoming the consequences of war and contributing to economic development. In response to the revolutionary call at that time, Binh Tri Thien Province and Hue City established two Pioneering Youth regiments tasked with surveying, building roads, clearing land, and constructing homes to welcome thousands of families from Hue to settle in the southern regions and establish new Hue communities far from home. Among the many resettlement programs, one new homeland for Hue people was founded nearly half a century ago: the Huong Lam New Economic Zone (NEZ), now part of Da Lay Commune, Da Huai District, in the southern part of Lam Dong Province…

Thuy Xuan hill area, Hue city is famous for ancient pagodas such as Tu Hieu, Dong Thuyen, Bao Lam, Chau Lam, Dieu Nghiem, etc. Being lost in the clouds and wind with many rows of pine trees rustling on these hillsides in the early morning or at dusk, and listening to the sound of temple bells ringing in the wind and the steady sound of wooden bell echoing from the pagodas make my heart strangely calm and peaceful.
