On the afternoon of November 5th, a working delegation from the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), led by Standing Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong, visited, encouraged, and presented support gifts to the education sector of Hue City to help overcome flood damage.

On October 1, Green Lotus Fund, the Youth Union of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company, Hue City Social Policy Bank, Hue Export Garment Joint Stock Company, and Le Domaine De Cocodo Hotel, organized the “Mid-Autumn Festival for Children” program at Hong Thuy Primary and Secondary School (A Luoi 1 Commune).

The Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon system of Hue City stretches in the Northwest - Southeast direction along the coast, with a length of 68 km and a total surface area of 216 km². It comprises three interconnected lagoons: Tam Giang, Thuy Tu, and Cau Hai. With aquatic flora and fauna considered among the richest in Southeast Asia, this ecosystem has sustained generations of local residents.

On the afternoon of August 9, Cecile Le Pham Fine Arts Museum unveiled its new exhibition space at No. 49-51 Ham Nghi St. (Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City), formerly a villa featuring French-style architecture.

Over 1,000 documents and artifacts stored in the French-style building at 23–25 Le Loi Street (Thuan Hoa Ward) are expected to be handed over to Hue Museum of History.

On the afternoon of July 24th, Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai - Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Bai Ward, presented a certificate of commendation to Mr. Tran Van Phi (born in 1999, residing in An Ha Hamlet, My Thuong Ward, Hue City) for his courageous act of rescuing a drowning child.

Noticeable was the opening of the oil painting exhibition by Hoang Nhu Thuy An at Lieu Quan Buddhist Cultural Center. Hoang Nhu Thuy An is Hoang Nhu Bua’s pseudonym, born in 1948, originally from Cau Hai (Cao Do) in Phu Loc, Hue, but currently living in Da Lat. The special thing is that all those paintings were painted after his stroke culminating in hemiplegia. He has learnt to paint with his left hand since then.

There is a female “warrior of the pen” who has spread the love for life and positivity with a heart full of affection and deep gratitude. That is Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Ha (Group 5, An Cuu Ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), a member of Hue Writers’ Association.

This is the theme of a talk aimed at spreading the cultural and spiritual values of the nation through poetry in the legacy of Emperor-Monk Tran Nhan Tong, presented interestingly by Mr. Nhat Chieu, the speaker and researcher. The event was co-organized by Legacy Brand, Hue Book and Culture Space, Tri Thuc Viet, and Lua Decor on Sunday morning (June 29) at Hue Book and Culture Space (at 23-25 Le Loi Street, Hue City).

On the afternoon of June 18, Song Huong Magazine held a launch event for the book - research work “A Chronicle of Hue Journalism History (1913 - 2020)”. This book was compiled by Song Huong Magazine and Mr. Duong Phuoc Thu (lead editor), a journalist and a researcher.
