Along with social welfare activities, banks in the area have been surveying the damage sustained by customers affected by floods. Based on this, they proposed timely support measures to help residents and businesses overcome difficulties.

On November 19, Hue City Department of Health held a working session with a survey delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to study and collect information for the development of the project of “Central Vietnam Healthcare Network Development”. During two days from March 19 to 20, an Australian famtrip group visited, experienced, and surveyed tourism products in Hue City. This was an opportunity for the city's tourism sector to promote and showcase the unique tourist routes, destinations, and tourism products of the locality to the Australian tourist market.

On the morning of March 14, Hue City People’s Committee held a conference titled “Reports on the results of the survey to identify issues and solutions for drainage and wastewater treatment in Hue City”. Attending the program were Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh; and Mr. Tamoto Norihide, Policy Advisor on Drainage, JICA expert at the Ministry of Construction.

On March 12, the Department of Education and Training in collaboration with VVOB (the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance, Kingdom of Belgium) conducted a survey and evaluation of the iPLAY - Learning through Playing project in Hue City.
