Immediately following the call of the City People's Committee, on the morning of November 9, a large number of residents, cadres, civil servants, public employees, various associations, unions, armed forces, Youth Union members, and Hue Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company, etc., simultaneously launched an environmental cleanup campaign across all communes and wards in the city.

After three days of active and effective working, the 5th Organization of World Heritage Cities Asia-Pacific (OWHC-AP) Regional Conference officially concluded on October 16. On the morning of July 11, Hue Central Hospital hosted the voluntary blood and platelet donation program titled “White Blouse - Pink Heart”, with the participation of 350 staff members and medical personnel currently working at the hospital. This annual event aims to help address the summer blood shortage while also promoting a spirit of compassion and solidarity within the medical community.
