On the evening of July 29, at Phu Bai International Airport, teachers and students of Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted warmly welcomed Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade Biology-major class, who had just returned after winning a Silver Medal at the 2025 International Biology Olympiad (IBO) held in the Philippines.

Giving up a stable job in Da Nang City, Tran Huu Tri (born in 1995), from Ka Tu village, Huong Phu commune, Phuc Loc district (now part of Khe Tre commune), decided to return to his hometown to start a business with a farmstay model that combines organic farming and experiential tourism.

The contributions and legacy of Diem Phung Thi - a sculptor, have left a profound impact on the global sculpting scene. Hue is fortunate that she chose to return and spend the rest of her life here, ultimately donating her artistic legacy to the city. In 2012, I first visited Chi Linh - Hai Duong and toured Con Son pagoda. Having had the opportunity to visit and worship at many pagodas across Vietnam, Con Son pagoda left a deep impression on me from the very first glance, due to its scenery, its ancient charm, and an unexplainable sense of sacred understanding. After five days of intense and thrilling competition, the 2025 National Karate Championship concluded on the afternoon of June 30th at Hue City Central Sports Arena.

For the past 10 years, Professor Dung Nguyen (Stanford University, US) has partnered in humanitarian plastic and aesthetic surgery programs with hospitals in Hue City, Vietnam. She has also made significant contributions to training, teaching, and transferring reconstructive, aesthetic, and microsurgery techniques to doctors across the country.

On the morning of May 20, at Hue Royal Antiquities Museum, Hue Monuments Conservation Center solemnly received two casual ao dai that belonged to Empress Dowager Tu Cung. Ms. Cong Ton Nu Kim Chi (currently living in the US) authorized Mr. Pham Xuan Cuong to present them.

From April 11th - 16th, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Knowledge Management Institute (KMI) and Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Quality Association, returned to Hue for a week to devote to education and local enterprises. This marked his third return to his hometown in 2025, bringing with him a series of heartfelt, meaningful gifts.
