The ward police quickly coordinated with the Immigration Management Division to verify the owner of the property.

Authorities identified the owner as Mr. Klimov Pavel, who was staying at Shark Hostel (Thuan Hoa Ward). The return procedures were carried out on September 19th, just in time before Mr. Pavel’s scheduled departure from Vietnam on September 20th.

Upon receiving his belongings, Mr. Pavel was moved and expressed deep gratitude to Hue City Police. He shared that he would tell this story to his friends and relatives so they could know about the friendliness and dedication of Hue people, and choose the city as a travel destination.
