On the morning of January 7th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online meeting to urge the rapid implementation of the “Quang Trung Campaign” to rebuild and repair houses for households whose homes were collapsed, destroyed, swept away, or severely damaged by recent storms and floods. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, along with leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities.

On the morning of December 30, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to review one month of implementation of the “Quang Trung Campaign”, a rapid initiative to rebuild and repair houses for households whose homes collapsed, were destroyed, swept away by floods, or severely damaged by recent storms and flooding. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, along with leaders of ministries, sectors, and localities.

In addition to health insurance coverage, social insurance and voluntary insurance also achieved encouraging results, bringing the total revenue from these three types of insurance to exceed the set targets.

On the morning of December 18, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung visited the Archbishop’s Residence of Hue Archdiocese.

On the morning of December 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to hear reports on the progress of Quang Trung Campaign - an accelerated drive to rebuild and repair homes for families whose houses were collapsed, swept away, or severely damaged during the recent storms and floods.

Following Directive No. 234 dated November 30th, 2025, issued by the Prime Minister on launching and implementing “Quang Trung Campaign” to urgently rebuild and repair homes for the families whose houses were damaged during recent natural disasters in the central provinces, on the morning of December 6th, at Khe Tre Commune, Hue City People’s Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony to begin the construction of new homes for residents whose houses had collapsed or been severely damaged.

On the afternoon of December 1, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a conference to officially transfer Hue Medical College - previously under the management of Hue City People’s Committee - to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, in accordance with Decision No. 2346/QĐ-TTg dated October 23, 2025, issued by the Prime Minister.

On the morning of November 30th, Hue City People’s Committee Office announced that on November 29th, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2688/QD-TTg approving the election result for the position of Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.

On the morning of November 22nd, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister’s Decision on the merger of Hue Medical College into the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, in accordance with Decision No. 2346/QD-TTg dated October 23rd, 2025.

Late in the afternoon of November 13, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung visited and encouraged households affected by the recent floods in Huong Thuy Ward, Hue City.
