On July 31st, a delegation from Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, including 16 high school students along with representatives from Okinawa Prefectural Government and Japan Overseas Cooperative Association (JOCA) Okinawa Office, arrived in Hue City to participate in a cultural exchange and homestay program as part of the “OIC Youth’s 2025” program. This event is one of the key activities under the Japan-Hue 2025 Homestay and Cultural Exchange Program.

On July 29th, the Vietnam Center for the Development of Maternal and Child Health, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, held the opening ceremony for the first-level postgraduate neonatal medicine training course based on standards from the United Kingdom. Giving up a stable job in Da Nang City, Tran Huu Tri (born in 1995), from Ka Tu village, Huong Phu commune, Phuc Loc district (now part of Khe Tre commune), decided to return to his hometown to start a business with a farmstay model that combines organic farming and experiential tourism.

At the International Biology Olympiad (IBO) 2025, Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th grade student, Biology major, Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, is one of four members of the Vietnamese team participating in the competition.
