When the Pa Co language finds its voice on digital platforms, and when history is recreated through virtual reality technology, the traditional cultural values of A Luoi are also discovering new pathways for preservation and sustainable dissemination in the digital age. Remarkably, this initiative is the result of a scientific innovation project developed by a group of students from this mountainous region.

Thanks to the application of artificial intelligence (AI), many of Hue’s heritage values are being retold by young people in an entirely new “language”. Historic structures and symbolic cultural icons, long associated with an atmosphere of antiquity and quiet elegance, are now being brought to life through digital creations, contributing to taking Hue Ancient Capital’s image closer to young audiences.

Over three days of the “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program (June 5 - 7), Chan May - Lang Co Commune welcomed 38,000 visitor arrivals who came to sightsee, relax, and experience the series of activities held as part of the program.

On the morning of June 7, the Chan May - Lang Co running race officially took place at the Nguyen Van Pedestrian Street along An Cu Lagoon (Lap An Lagoon).

On the morning of June 6, as part of the series of activities under “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026”, a sailing performance on the Bay’s waters was held for the first time.

More than just a series of promotional activities showcasing one of the world’s most beautiful bays, the program “Lang Co – World Beautiful Bay 2026” reflects the local community’s aspiration to build a green, civilized, and environmentally friendly tourism destination, with local communities and indigenous values serving as the foundation for sustainable development.

As part of the Summer Festival - Hue Festival 2026, the “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program will be held in June with a series of special activities. This is not only an opportunity to promote and spread the value of Lang Co Bay, but also to create distinctive tourism products, thereby stimulating tourism demand.

Compared to many other coastal localities, Hue’s sea possesses a distinctly unique beauty, gentle and captivating in its simplicity and softness. In recent years, that beauty has become even more alluring thanks to the new coastal road and the recently completed bridge spanning the Thuan An estuary. From there, visitors coming to Hue can begin their journey from the clear blue waters of Lang Co Bay, travel along breezy coastal roads through Vinh Thanh, Thuan An, and Hai Duong, before continuing toward the peaceful seaside area of Quang Dien.

On the morning of May 21, the People’s Committee of Chan May - Lang Co Commune held a press conference to announce a series of cultural, tourism, and sports activities taking place within the framework of the “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program, and to share information with the press and media agencies.

On the afternoon of May 10, the opening ceremony of Hue Student Football Tournament (Hue Students SV7 2026 - Intrase Cup), organized by Hue University, took place at the artificial turf field complex of Chi Lang High School.

May 2024 is also the 15th anniversary of Lang Co Bay being honored as the world's most beautiful bay. Over the past 15 years, with its brand, Lang Co has gradually attracted a large number of tourists to visit and relax, contributing to the province's tourism development.
