The 2026 National Sambo & Sambo Youth Championship concluded on the afternoon of September 16. From August 10 to 12, a team of staff from the Faculty of Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University) collaborated with a team of doctors from Hue Central Hospital to successfully carry out a series of trials of an automated surgical robotic arm system on an animal model (pigs).

On the evening of August 6, Hue Fellow Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City officially launched the Hue Hometown Football Club (Hue Hometown FC) and held a send-off ceremony for the team ahead of the 2026 National Hometown Associations Football Tournament.
