More than 160 music teachers from primary schools across Hue City are participating in a training program jointly organized by Hue City Department of Culture and Sports and Hue City Department of Education and Training, which officially opened on the morning of July 8th.

On the evening of July 8th, at Hue City Center for Culture and Cinema, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with Hue City People's Committee, held the closing ceremony of the 2026 Three-Region Folk Instrumental Music and Folk Singing Festival. During the ceremony, the organizing committee presented numerous awards to outstanding artistic ensembles, individuals, performances, and programs.

On the afternoon of July 8, Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with Hoang Sy Club as well as various dance and folk dance clubs, teams, and groups, organized the “Ao Dai Dance 2026” exchange program in response to Hue Ao Dai Week 2026.

For the first time, when sailboats appeared on the waters of Lang Co Bay, they brought a fresh new image to Hue’s coastal tourism. Beyond serving as a highlight in a series of events promoting the value of one of the world’s most beautiful bays, the sailing determination has also opened up new opportunities for developing modern marine sports.

On the evening of July 6th, at Nghinh Luong Pavilion, Hue City Department of Culture and Sports organized the artistic performance and flashmob event ‘Ao Dai - The Rhythm of Youth’. The program attracted large crowds of local residents, visitors, and hundreds of children.

Within the framework of the community Ao Dai Week - “Hue in Autumn” Festival 2026, on the morning of July 4, the Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center, organized a ceremony to offer incense and flowers in commemoration of Martial Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, and holding a procession of gratitude to Martial Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, and Emperor Minh Mang.

On the evening of July 4, at the City Cinema and Culture Center, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with Hue City People’s Committee, held the opening ceremony of the 2026 “Playing folk musical instruments and singing folk songs from the three regions” Festival.

Hue City's school sports delegation won 28 medals, including one Gold, 10 Silver and 17 Bronze medals, at the 2026 National School Sports Games, held in Lam Dong Province from June 20 to 30.

On the morning of June 29, the 2026 professional training course for swimming and diving lifeguards officially kicked off at Hue City Sports Center, drawing nearly 100 participants, including officials and employees from agencies, organizations, and businesses across Hue.

As part of the Hue Festival Trade Fair 2026, the Business Matching Program between Hue City and other provinces and cities officially took place on the morning of June 13 at Hue City Cultural and Sports Square (No. 1 Ha Huy Tap St.).
