On January 21, the Youth Union of the Provincial Center for Disease Control organized a volunteer activity themed "Warm Spring 2024" for children at six children protection centers in the area of Hue City.

Hue has come into summer with the peach of the sun and the sound of cicadas resounding on the canopy of leaves. Sometimes the spring still pours mist into the early sunrise and late sunset. With the desire to see ‘the region of weeping willow’ and the ocean in the middle of this time, we chose Tan My village (Quang Ngan commune, Quang Dien district - more than 15km north of Hue City) to enjoy the rustic, close and serene beauty of nature which is typical of the coastal village of Thua Thien on the other side of Tam Giang lagoon.

On the morning of February 23, at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Quang Dien District, Hue Museum of Fine Arts cooperated with the People's Committee of Quang Dien District to organize an exhibition themed “Sac Xuan” (“Colors of the Spring”).

Continuing the series of activities within the framework of Hue Poetry Festival 2023, on the evening of February 6, the Union of Literature and Arts Associations organized a poetry night with the theme "Colors of Hue in spring".
