More than 10 years after winning a prize at Sao Mai 2013, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Tinh Uyen returned to a professional music competition and won the Gold Prize in the Vocal category at the Crescendo International Music Festival 2026. For her, the award not only marked her return to the stage but also gave her renewed motivation to continue conducting research, performing, and inspiring her students through music. ​

The 2026 National Health Exercise Championship and National Health Exercise Festival officially opened on the morning of July 31 at Canh Buom Sports Arena (100 Pham Van Dong Street). The event is part of Hue Sports Festival 2026 and marks the first time Hue has hosted the national competition.

On the afternoon of July 8th, at Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa, Hue Festival 2026 Organizing Committee officially launched the photography contest ‘Hue - Ancient Capital, New Experiences’. The competition is part of Hue Festival 2026 and aims to promote Hue as a city of heritage, culture, ecology, scenic beauty, and hospitality to both domestic and international audiences.

On the evening of July 6, the Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to award scholarships to students and prizes to teachers who achieved outstanding results in the City-level Competition to Select Grade 12 Excellent Students in History for the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the morning of May 23rd, the University of Law, Hue University, in coordination with Da Nang Representative Office of the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam and Tilleke & Gibbins, held the opening ceremony for the 6th “Student Innovation and Intellectual Property” Competition 2026 under the theme “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence”.
