Candidates participated in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

In Hue City, 13,437 candidates took the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. Of these, 13,309 candidates met the requirements for graduation, achieving a rate of 99.05%. Although slightly lower than the 99.33% rate in 2024, this year's result is still considered stable, and accurately reflects the quality of teaching and learning at educational institutions in the area.

This year, 26 out of 49 educational institutions achieved a 100% graduation rate. Many institutions continue to maintain high achievements over the years, demonstrating their efforts to improve educational quality.

2025 is the first year the entire country has applied a new graduation score calculation regulation for all candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program. Accordingly, the graduation score is calculated based on a 50% weighting of the graduation exam score, and a 50% weighting of the average score for the entire 12th grade year (in previous years, this ratio was 70% - 30%).

According to the plan, the results of the graduation recognition will be announced before July 20. Afterwards, schools will print and issue exam result certificates to candidates no later than July 22. Candidates wishing to appeal to their results can submit applications from now until the end of July 25. The appeal results are expected to be announced before August 3.
