On June 25, Vice Chairmen of Hue City People’s Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, and Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, conducted field inspections and working sessions with local authorities regarding preparations and operation of the two-level local government model. Leaders from relevant departments and sectors also attended the working sessions.

The 2025 Asian Shuttlecock Championship and Asian Youth Shuttlecock Championship, held in Hong Kong (China) with the participance of 11 countries and territories, ended on the afternoon of June 28th. The Vietnamese national shuttlecock team claimed the overall championship title.

The mountainous areas of A Luoi and Nam Dong (now Phu Loc District) possess a year-round supply of clean, naturally flowing water, making them an ideal environment for sturgeon farming. Capitalizing on this advantage, the local Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) implemented the “Application of Science and Technology to Develop a Sturgeon Nursery and Farming Model Based on the Value Chain in Mountainous Communes of Hue City” project, with the goal of successfully applying scientific and technological advances to sturgeon nursery and farming within a value chain framework.

On the morning of June 6, the 14th East Asia Local and Regional Government Congress officially opened in Hue City. The event was attended by 200 delegates from over 30 delegations representing local governments from China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
