Through international cooperation activities, universities in Hue city not only provide opportunities for professional training exchanges and discussions, but also promote the unique culture of the country.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, aiming to promote cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan in the Central region, the HUE MATSURI 2023 event took place, with the theme "Manga Palace", within two days from September 9 to 10, in the square in front of the Quoc Tu Giam relic in Hue Imperial City.
