On July 26, the Eye Center of Hue Central Hospital officially put into operation the CONSTELLATION® Vision System – Alcon, one of the most advanced ophthalmic surgical devices in the world today. On July 27, the Tourism Department announced that the number of tourists visiting Hue in the first 7 months of 2025 exceeded 4 million arrivals, significantly higher than that of 2024, which reached 3,9 million arrivals.

On the night of July 26, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese national team participating in the 2025 International Biology Olympiad (IBO) held in the Philippines. Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted won a Silver Medal.

According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training, at the 55th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2025), held in Paris, France from July 17th to 25th, Tran Le Thien Nhan from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted not only won a Silver Medal but was also named one of five global recipients of the “STEM for All” award presented by the Thales Group (France).

On the afternoon of July 25, the Information Center for Tourism Promotion, Hue City Department of Tourism collaborated with 4LLIN Co., Ltd. and AEON MALL Hue Shopping Center organized a conference to introduce the tourism product “Cultural and Artistic Experience Tourism in Hue City.”

On the afternoon of July 25, Hue Central Hospital hosted the workshop titled “KMOLs - Communication Skills Training for Healthcare Experts as Social Influencers”. The event was jointly organized by Hue Central Hospital, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, and RMIT University Vietnam.

On the morning of July 25, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, held a Continuing Medical Education (CME) course titled “Strengthening Integrated Management of Hypertension, Diabetes, and Stroke Prevention in the Community”; it also donated 2.000 electronic blood pressure monitors to health stations and people in the area.
