On September 27-28, 2025, in the area of 23 - 25 Le Loi and Nguyen Dinh Chieu Walking Street by the Ironwood Bridge on the Huong River, Hue City People’s Committee will collaborate with the Embassy of South Korea in Vietnam to organize the “Vietnam - South Korea Cultural Day 2025”.

On the afternoon of September 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam International Photography Festival in 2025. This biennial international event aims to build a brand name for Vietnamese photography, while contributing to promoting the image of the country, people, and culture of Vietnam to international friends.

On the afternoon of September 9, Hue City People's Committee, in collaboration with Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, held a review of the science and technology cooperation program for the 2022 - 2025 period, with a vision toward 2030, and signed an agreement on cooperation in science and technology activities between the two sides for the 2025 - 2030 period.

On September 9th, Hue University (HU) held a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the HU Council recognizing the Rector of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, HU, for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On the afternoon of September 6, the Chan May Port Border Guard Station, in coordination with the Chan May - Lang Co Commune Health Station and Thua Luu High School, organized a training and outreach conference on drowning prevention for students before the rainy and stormy season in 2025.

On the morning of September 5th, at the opening ceremony for 2025-2026 school year, Sacombank gave out 85 “Nurturing Dreams” scholarships 2025 to students from eight schools across Hue City.
