At each site, candidates were warmly welcomed and given clear instructions. Exam proctors thoroughly briefed them on the exam regulations, schedules, and guided them in verifying their personal information on the exam registration forms to ensure any errors could be promptly corrected.

Proctors reminded the candidates to prepare their exam permits and the necessary items allowed into the exam room as per regulations. They also advised against bringing unnecessary belongings, especially mobile phones and electronic devices, to avoid violations of exam rules.

For candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program being implemented for the first time, proctors provided detailed guidance on how to fill out multiple-choice answer sheets correctly, helping them avoid technical errors that could affect their scores.

The 2025 National High School Graduation Exam will take place on June 26th – 27th. This is a particularly significant exam as it marks the first time the 2018 General Education Program is applied, while still accommodating students from the 2006 program.

On the same day, staff involved in administering the exam convened at each test site to review facility conditions and ensure all necessary arrangements in the exam rooms met required standards.

These meetings focused on reinforcing the Ministry of Education and Training’s regulations, organizing exam administration procedures, and training exam staff in their specific responsibilities. They included inspections of exam room facilities and the assignment of duties to all members.

Heads of exam sites introduced key administrative topics, including: how to call candidates into the exam room, assign candidates’ registration numbers, check sealed exam papers, distribute exams sheets, give timing signals, and collect answer sheets.

They emphasized that although this is an annual exam, its special nature and new elements this year require proctors to treat the task with utmost seriousness and avoid any complacency.

In line with the Ministry of Education and Training's directives, all sites have been carefully and thoroughly prepared to ensure the exam is conducted safely, smoothly, seriously, and effectively. All exam staff were reminded to strictly adhere to the Ministry’s “4 corrects - 3 nos” principle. The “4 corrects” are: correct regulations and instructions; correct process; correct position, assigned dutiesand possibilities; correct timing to promptly handle unusual situations. The “3 nos” are: no complacency or negligence; no excessive stress or pressure; no unauthorized handling of irregular situations.

This year, the city has mobilized 1,778 personnel to administer the exam.
