The exhibition introduces 35 works by 7 artists, including Phan Quang Tan, Hoang Bao Trung, Hoang Dang Khanh, Nguyen Duc Nghia, Nguyen Trung Kien, Le Huu Long and Tran Huu Nhat. These works have been composed during the COVID-19 pandemic and recent time.

With the theme of culture, nature characteristic of the region, social changes and daily events, the works show the discoveries and contemplations of the authors with personal stories, and with the times, creating a lot of feeling to viewers.

Many works show the metaphoric and true relationship between the contemporary and traditional worlds through both non-formal art and realism, surrealism and impressionism... However, they still bear the beauty of the loneliness and irresistible romance of the land of Sacred Capital.

According to Tran Huu Nhat, the exhibition “Land of Sacred Capital” is an opportunity for viewers to learn and discover young energy, enjoy the good works of contemporary artists from the dreamland.

As a common point of the team, these young painters are 8X, 9X generations, being born and raised in the “Land of Sacred Capital”, studied together at the University of Arts - Hue University; so, their works show more or less differences in thinking, problem-solving, specific conceptions of tradition, identity in creativity, and in aesthetic factors compared to other artists from other places.
