18 more sites recognized as city-level historical and cultural relics

The newly recognized sites include: the historical relic of the Ta Quang ancestral house in My Thuong Ward; the architectural and artistic relic of My Lam Communal House in My Thuong Ward; the architectural and artistic relic of the Nguyen ancestral house (Vinh Loc Commune); the architectural and artistic relic of the Doan ancestral house (Vinh Loc Commune); the architectural and artistic relic of the Le Phuoc ancestral house (Vinh Loc Commune); the historical relic of Phu Oc Communal House and Pagoda (Huong Tra Ward); the historical relic of Uu Diem Pagoda (Phong Dinh Ward); the historical relic of Uu Diem Communal House (Phong Dinh Ward); the historical relic of Ba Trach Pho Shrine (Phong Dinh Ward); the historical relic of the traditional Moong house of the Pa Co people (A Luoi 1 Commune); the historical relic of the worship hall and tomb of Le Trai (Phu Bai Ward); the historical relic of the worship hall and tomb of Nguyen Duong (Phu Bai Ward); the historical relic (event memorial site) at Hai Nhanh River (Phu Bai Ward); the historical relic (event memorial site) of the Martyrs Memorial House on Route 71 in Sub-zone 67 (Phong Dien Ward); the historical relic of the worship hall and tomb of Nguyen Da (Hung Loc Commune); the historical relic of the Nguyen Dinh ancestral house and the tomb of Nguyen Dinh Huy (Phong Thai Ward); the historical relic of Hien Luong Communal House (Phong Thai Ward); and the historical relic of Lieu Coc Thuong Communal House (Kim Tra Ward).

Communes and wards with recognized sites are responsible for publicly identifying their protected boundaries and installing boundary markers in accordance with current legal regulations. In addition, they must issue decisions establishing relic management boards and organize the management of site grounds, heritage spaces, and all artifacts contained within.

At the same time, all unauthorized construction, exploitation, or use within designated relic sites and their protected zones is strictly prohibited. In special cases where land use or construction is necessary within a relic site, approval must be obtained from Hue City People’s Committee.
