Training on promoting brand names of specialty products and handicrafts

HNN.VN - On the morning of December 25, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training course on promoting the brand names of specialty products and handicrafts under the leadership of Dr. Dao Anh Quang, lecturer of Hue Industrial College. The training course had the participation of nearly 100 enterprises and facilities producing handicrafts and specialty products in the province.

After the training course, the facilities producing handicrafts and Hue specialties will orient the brand name promotion method to consumers.

According to statistics, there are about 500 enterprises and facilities producing handicrafts and specialties in the area. These enterprises and facilities have widely developed their branches in many provinces and cities in the country and exported their goods to some markets in the world. However, there are still many facilities that have not yet built their brand names and effectively implemented product promotion solutions, so many products have not yet reached consumers.

With the aim of forming brand names of specialty products, handicrafts with high competitiveness and quality assurance to meet the market's tastes, the training course focused on 3 topics, including the reason for businesses to build and promote brand names, the typical businesses which become stronger because of good branding and the content promotion of specialty products and handicrafts.

Through the training course, the facilities are equipped with basic and necessary skills and knowledge to build and promote the brand name to expand the consumer market, improve their competitive capacity and orient to export.
