Training course on teaching innovation and entrepreneurship for 30 lecturers

The six-day training course is divided into two sessions, with the participation of 30 lecturers, administrators, and specialists in charge of entrepreneurship support at Hue University’s member universities and affiliated units.

The program aims to standardize the teaching staff and ensure consistent implementation of the detailed syllabus for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship module at the undergraduate level, while also helping to enhance the capacity in organizing, guiding, and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship activities in the higher education environment.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Thi Xuan Dung, Vice President of Hue University, emphasized that lecturers serve as ‘foundational catalysts’, playing a decisive role in the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship ecosystem within universities. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship module differs in nature from traditional business management courses designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); therefore, teaching methods can no longer rely solely on one-way lecturing.

Through this training course, Hue University aims to build a teaching staff with a unified and modern approach, contributing to creating an educational environment that fosters the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation among students.
