HNN.VN - The Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 391/QD-UBND dated February 10, promulgating additional list of projects calling for investment in Thua Thien Hue province in 2020, with orientation to 2025, and publishing information about the project of high-class service area along the Huong River at 5 Le Loi Street, Hue City.

Accordingly, the project of a high-class service area along the Huong River has an area of about 8,334 square meters, to be built at 5 Le Loi Street, Vinh Ninh Ward, Hue City. The project has a minimum total investment of VND 20 billion (not including the land rent and the value of the property invested on the land), the adjacent land between the La Residence Hotel and the planning road of 11.5 meters along the Huong River. The project area is located in the city center, with a favorable geographical position, along the Huong River, and near the area with the high-class hotel system in Hue City.
The project will go through auction of land use rights to implement the investment project in the forms of domestic investment or direct foreign investment.
