The event was held in celebrations of the 51st anniversary of Hue’s Liberation Day (March 26, 1975 - March 26, 2026), and heading towards the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026).
Developed by F1 Homes JSC, the Eco Hill project is located on land lot OM.A-01 within the 1/2000-scale zoning plan of the Western Central Area, formerly Thuan Hoa District, now Thuy Xuan Ward, Hue City. Spanning over 8,600 m2, the project will offer about 454 apartments with a total investment of VND 530 billion. It is expected to boost social housing supply, address pressing demand, and support sustainable urban growth.
According to Nguyen Vinh Phuc, Chairman of F1 Homes JSC, the city is moving into a new stage of development marked by growing opportunities. Thuy Xuan Ward is being positioned as a major hub for services, healthcare, and education in the southwestern part of the city. The Eco Hill project is expected to make housing more accessible at reasonable costs.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang affirmed that social housing development is vital to improving living standards and upgrading urban infrastructure. The Eco Hill project, comprising over 454 apartments, is expected to deliver a modern living space and ease pressing housing demand locally.
City leaders urged the developer and contractors to ensure progress, quality, labor safety, and environmental hygiene. At the same time, they also called on relevant agencies to provide continued support to help the project proceed smoothly.
