On the morning of December 19, the City People's Committee, in coordination with a consortium consisting of Cotana Group JSC, Telin Group JSC, and Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development JSC, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project - OXH2 high-rise apartment building. This project is part of Phase 2 of the Thuy Van Complex Project, An Van Duong New Urban Area (Vy Da Ward, Hue City).

The social housing project - OXH2 high-rise apartment building is invested by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development JSC (representing the consortium). Built on an area of over 2 hectares, it includes four high-rise buildings featuring nearly 700 apartments with a total investment of approximately VND 420 billion. Once completed, the project is expected to provide housing for about 1,300 residents, significantly contributing to the social housing fund in the city.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Phan Quy Phuong emphasized that the implementation of the OXH2 social housing project is of significant importance in the sustainable urban development process of Hue City. It contributes to realizing the major policies of the Party, State, and Government on social housing development.

On the same morning, the social housing project “The Hue Vista”, located in the Eastern Urban Area project on Thuy Duong - Thuan An Road, in Zone E of the An Van Duong New Urban Area (commercially name is BGI Diamondbay), was officially commenced.
This project is invested by a consortium of IUC Group JSC, Nam Mekong Group JSC, and the project developer BGI Group, on an area of 16,621.6 m². The project consists of three 9-story buildings (VG1, VG2, and VG3) offering 600 apartments, with a total investment of approximately VND 634 billion.

Speaking at the commencement ceremony, Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, emphasized that in implementing the Government’s Project on “Building at least one million social housing apartments”, the city leaders have identified social housing development as a key task to realize the dream of “settle down and thrive” for workers, ensuring no one is left behind during the urbanization process.
The construction project is expected to meet all conditions for sale by Q1/2026, and is scheduled for handover to customers by Q1/2027.
