More than 220 Lunar New Year gifts presented to students in the highland commune of Long Quang

HNN.VN - On February 25th, the Social Charity Committee of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, in coordination with the Youth Union of the Party Agencies of Hue City, the People’s Committee of Long Quang Commune, and the Long Quang Commune Youth Union, organized a Lunar New Year “lucky money” and gift-giving program for students of Thuong Quang Primary School.

At the event, the organizing committee distributed 223 gift packages to students, totaling 50 million VND in value. These meaningful gifts carried not only material value but also heartfelt encouragement, strengthening the students’ confidence and motivating them to strive for better academic performance.

The program was held to share love and convey hope to students on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. It also contributed to social welfare efforts, demonstrating community responsibility, particularly toward children and students in mountainous areas who continue to face many difficulties.
