Enhancing business capacity in e-commerce field
HNN.VN - Being organized by the Department of Planning and Investment, the intensive training course for businesses in the field of digital marketing and practical experience on e-commerce platform has just been closed on September 25.

The training course lasted for 5 days and was instructed by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nam, an expert in implementing digital marketing, sales and building business operating systems; and Mr. Tran Lam, an expert on e-commerce trading floor, CEO of July House, cum Ambassador of Lazada.
Participated in a course, each enterprise was directly supported by the trainers on market analysis skills to evaluate competitors; building top products on shopee; e-commerce marketing skills (promoting awareness and action when businesses sell products or services on the online environment). In addition, in-depth knowledge to understand digital marketing, online customers and sales closing techniques; techniques to reach customers and make marketing plans were also shared by the experts.
According to the sharing of businesses participating in the course, when completing the e-commerce training program, they were able to create accounts, booths and display products on the trading floors; coordinate with other marketing channels to increase access to their booth (sales shop); understand how to sell and participate in advertising campaigns; as well as make strategic planning, plan and organize team for doing business on e-commerce trading floor.
Ms. Le Thi Hong Mai, Head of Business Registration Department, Department of Planning and Investment, shared that most of Hue businesses are micro and small ones, so they lack a lot of skills. Therefore, activities to support businesses are focused by the Department, in which, the activities to enhance capacity for small and medium businesses are of particular interest.
Through specialized seminars and training courses, businesses have been equipped with skills and capabilities to help them confidently invest in developing their brands and markets. In the coming time, along with specialized seminars and training courses, the Department will continue to conduct intensive training programs to help Thua Thien Hue businesses develop stronger.
