Located at the prime intersection of Nguyen Hue and Le Loi streets, Hué Plaza covers a total floor area of 5.474 m², with six above-ground floors and two basement levels. Designed in a luxurious neoclassical style, the project honours the architectural heritage of the former imperial capital while embracing modern elements. Positioned as an “All-in-One” commercial, cultural, and service complex, Hué Plaza offers visitors a complete experience of shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment within a single space.

According to Vietravel Group leaders, Hué Plaza represents a strategic step demonstrating Vietravel’s determination to shape a new image for the tourism sector of Hue. Here, visitors don’t only shop, dine, and enjoy leisure activities, but also experience the very “soul of Hue” in an international-standard environment. With its “All-in-One Destination” model, Hué Plaza enriches the tourism value chain, helps extend the average length of stay, increases visitor spending, and creates opportunities for Hue to attract MICE, upscale, and international cruise travellers.

According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky, Chairman of Vietravel Group, Hué Plaza is not only a high-end commercial and service project but also a testament to the group’s long-term development strategy, creating world-class destinations where local culture is celebrated within a modern space aligned with global standards. Backed by three decades of experience and a comprehensive ecosystem, Vietravel remains committed to pioneering innovation, collaborating with localities to build new landmarks, promote cultural values, and foster sustainable community development.

In the next stage, Vietravel will complete the project for official operation by the end of 2025, while also expanding value-added services such as convention and exhibition spaces, annual art events, and activities that connect heritage with modern experiences. Hué Plaza will be integrated into Vietravel’s international travel products, serving as a strategic stop in journeys exploring Vietnam and reinforcing the group’s role as a pioneer in setting new benchmarks for the regional tourism industry.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, acknowledged the efforts of the project’s investor: Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company, the responsible support of municipal departments, and the consensus of the city’s residents.

He emphasized that the establishment of an international-standard travel service chain in the city center concretizes Hue’s orientation toward becoming a high-quality, distinctive destination. The project not only enhances tourism competitiveness, generates jobs, and promotes service-sector growth, but also enriches the visitor experience in Hue. The city government pledged to continue supporting and creating favorable opportunities to ensure the project is efficiently operated and its values fully realized.
