Leaders of Savannakhet province (Laos) sent New Year’s greeting to Thua Thien Hue province
HNN.VN - On the occasion of Ky Hoi Lunar New Year 2019, on the morning of January 29, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a meeting with the delegation of Savannakhet (Laos) led by Deputy Governor Khamphun TUPHAYTHUN paying a visit and sending New Year’s greeting to the Party Committee, government and People of Thua Thien Hue province.

At the meeting, Mr. Khamphun TUPHAYTHUN congratulated the Party, the government and People of Thua Thien Hue province on a new year with many new victories. He also affirmed the relationship between the two provinces in the past time, especially in 2018, a year which was full of success in many fields.
Mr. Khamphun TUPHAYTHUN thanked the Provincial Party Committee, the government and People for always accompanying, supporting and helping Savannakhet province in many aspects in the past time. In which, there was support for human resource training; sponsoring dozens of scholarships for provincial students to study in Hue; organizing short-term training courses ... Moreover, Thua Thien Hue has always created the best conditions for leaders and people of Savannakhet come to Hue Central Hospital for medical examination and treatment.
Mr. Khamphun TUPHAYTHUN wished the Party Committee, the government and People of Thua Thien Hue province continue to succeed in socio-economic development; he also wished the friendly relations between the two provinces become stronger and stronger, forever green and eternal.
Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong thanked the new year’s greetings of Governor of Savannakhet Khamphun TUPHAYTHUN to the Provincial Party Committee, the government and People. At the same time, he said that in 2019, Thua Thien Hue will promote cooperation between the two provinces with better development, going into the substance and comprehensive development of all aspects. In which, the province will continue to support Savannakhet in the field of education; promote cooperation in tourism and health service; strengthen trade between the two provinces through the east-west economic corridor.
