Receiving First Class Labor Medal awarded by President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic
HNN.VN - On November 29, In Hue city, acting on the President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic authority, Mr. Santyphap Phomvihan the Secretary, Governor of Savannakhet province awarded the First-Class Labor Medal to Thua Thien Hue province for outstanding achievements, contributing to supporting Savannakhet province in infrastructure development and human resource training over the time.

Attending the ceremony were Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee Le Truong Luu; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thanh Ha and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Ngoc Tho.
On behalf of the Party Committee, the Government and people of Thua Thien Hue province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Phan Ngoc Tho thanked the attention and recognition of Laos State for Thua Thien Hue province. At the same time, he stressed that the Party Committee, the government and people of Thua Thien Hue are always deeply aware of the importance of promoting comprehensive cooperation with Savannakhet province in the development causes of two provinces.
Over the years, the relationship between Thua Thien Hue and Savannakhet has got new progresses continuously in depth, bringing practical benefits for people of the two provinces.

Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho expressed his sincere thankfulness for the noble award which Lao’s Party Committee and State awarded to Thua Thien Hue. The leaders and people of the province affirmed their determination to strive for inheriting and continuing to look after the special solidarity, the loyal close-knit friendly relation and the comprehensive cooperation between the two provinces; wishing the traditional friendly relation, the special solidarity and the comprehensive cooperation Vietnam – Laos, Lao – Vietnam, Thua Thien Hue - Savannakhet, Savannakhet - Thua Thien Hue are unshakeable forever.
