Launching the Hue Green Hub
HNN.VN - On the morning of October 24, the Hue Green Hub officially launched and came into operation. The Hue Green Hub was formed within the framework of the initiative “KODO Complex of Education – Arts”, which was funded by the project Hue – A City to Reduce Plastic in the Central Region of Vietnam/WWF-Vietnam and received the sponsorship of the Hue Innovation Hub.

It’s known that members of the Hue Green Hub include businesses, organizations, as well as individuals joining hands and supporting the green journey to reduce plastic waste, especially the waste in the sector of Food and Beverage.
The Hue Green Hub was born to become a center to provide information, knowledge, and offer solutions for the issue of plastic waste in the Hue F&B sector.
Furthermore, the members can also get the chance to learn and work together through the guidance of leading environmental experts; at the same time, gathering F&B businesses in Hue to join hands and proactively contribute to supporting and pushing up the commitment to together implementing solutions to reduce plastic wastes through sharing experiences and applying appropriate methods based on a proactive and creative spirit.
Thence, it can create a spreading effect of green consumption, plastic reduction, eco-friendly lifestyle to consumers, social community, and, together heading towards building Hue a green, clean, bright destination.
Right after the launching ceremony, members and guests experienced the model Hue Green Refill Station. This is a business model with a method of “reuse – refill” and environmentally friendly… of the Hue Green Hub’s members.
