At the working session, Mr. Ha Van Tuan welcomed the delegation to Hue, and affirmed that the city places great importance on, and highly appreciates the friendly cooperative relationship with the Embassy of Denmark and Danish partners and enterprises.
The Vice Chairman noted that the Vietnam - Denmark comprehensive partnership has continued to develop comprehensively and effectively. The year 2026 marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, offering an occasion for Hue to strengthen and expand cooperation with Danish partners, particularly in areas aligned with the city’s development orientation.
He expressed his confidence that the cooperation between Hue and Danish partners will continue to be strengthened and expanded, bringing about practical results, contributing to socio-economic development, green growth, and sustainable development.
Mr. Lasse Pedersen Hjortshøj thanked Hue City’s leaders for the reception and spoke highly of the cooperation achieved between Denmark and Hue in recent times. He also emphasized that green growth and sustainable development are important orientations in the cooperation between the two sides.

On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Denmark, Mr. Lasse Pedersen Hjortshøj expressed his desire to further promote the cooperation between Danish partners, enterprises and Hue, particularly in trade, investment, and green and sustainable development. He also hoped that the city continue to pay attention to, support, and facilitate the effective operation of Carlsberg Vietnam and other Danish enterprises in the locality.
The two sides agreed to maintain exchanges, strengthen connectivity, and promote practical cooperation activities, leverage each side’s potential and strengths, expand trade, investment, and development cooperation; thereby contributing to further deepening and enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of the cooperation between Hue and Danish partners.
