Awarding 300 scholarships to disadvantaged students

On the morning of September 12, in My Thuong Ward, the city’s Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, in coordination with the Children of Vietnam (the United States), organized the program ‘Back-to-school support - Scholarship support for disadvantaged students in Thuan Hoa, Phu Xuan, My Thuong, Vy Da wards, and Phan Dang Luu High School in the period of 2026 - 2031’.

On August 20, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune held a scholarship awarding program titled ‘Together with You on Your Journey to School’, providing support to 52 disadvantaged students in the commune ahead of the new school year.

On August 15, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, in coordination with Hue University, held a ceremony to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city.

On the evening of July 6, the Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to award scholarships to students and prizes to teachers who achieved outstanding results in the City-level Competition to Select Grade 12 Excellent Students in History for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.
