With the theme “The quintessence of Vietnamese crafts”, the 8th Hue Traditional Craft Festival will take place from April 26 to May 2, 2019, which is associated with many meaningful historical and cultural events.

According to the survey, these locations are organized to serve visitors in visiting and relaxing with many tourism products such as homestay accommodation, massage, foot bath, experiencing cooking and enjoying some Hue dishes.

Visitors can stroll around the mangrove forest, they can enjoy the landscape, catch fishes, shrimps, and crabs, etc., with traditional tools such as fishing coops, fishing nets, and fish-hooks.

Mr. Ebtedaei and his wife Mrs. Nicolas Triballeau from France and Mr. Le Hong Thao from Ha Noi were the first three tourists setting foot on the airport.

According to the plan, the project will be finished and come into operation in the first quarter of 2024, in which the first phase of this project will be finished and put into operation by the end of 2019 with the total investment of over 1,000 billion VND.

The enterprises said that in 2019, to be more effective at the promotion work, the tourism industry needs to diversify its form of promotion, especially taking advantage of the 4.0 revolution, bringing Hue's image closer to visitors;

At the training session, the software “Receiving and sending statistical reports on tourism” was introduced to the enterprises.

The first prize of the contest belongs to the work “Friendly” of Le Anh Thi, the photographer coming from Ha Tinh. The award for the work winning the first prize includes 5 million and one night at Laguna Lang Co resort.

The project calling for investment is Bai Ca eco-tourism area, whose construction site is located in Lang Co town, Phu Loc district.

The installation was implemented at 27 establishments from three to five stars and some restaurants serving many visitors within the first phase.

Recently, some enterprises have creatively built new experiencing tourist products, contributing to enhancing diversity of Hue tourism.

The survey aimed to help tour operators research, build, supplement and complete the new tourism products and programs.

The total capital of this project is over 81 billion VND, and it is invested by Indochina Rail Tourist Service Co., Ltd.

By the end of 2017, Hue won two sustainable tourism awards of ASEAN, including the title of ASEAN Clean Tourist City Award (for Hue city) and the ASEAN Green Hotel award (for Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa).
