The tourism train service between the two localities is scheduled to operate and serve passengers from March 26th. This is the initial result of close cooperation of the People's Committees of Thua Thien Hue province, Da Nang city, tourism businesses, and Vietnam Railways Corporation, after many meetings and discussions to develop plans for organizing and operating the tourism train connecting the two cities of Hue and Da Nang.

According to a representative of the Department of Tourism, with the desire to bring unique and different tourism experiences to visitors, the operation of the tourism train service on the Hue - Da Nang railway route, considered one of the most beautiful railway routes in the country, will provide many experiences for passengers.

Hue - Da Nang railway route passing through the Hai Van Pass has a length of about 100 km, with many winding and curving sections, through mountains with the sea below, creating majestic and romantic landscapes. This is an ideal condition for experiential tourism activities, especially for tourist groups who want to experience with the families together.

The tourism train service on Hue - Da Nang railway route will not only be a means of transportation but also a way to admire the beauty of this land, from natural landscapes to historical sites.

A representative of Hue Railway Transport Branch stated that it is expected to run 2 pairs of trains per day, with 5 seating carriages, 1 community carriage serving food and specialties of the region, cultural activities, music performances, etc. The ticket prices are expected to be suitable for the needs of tourists.
