At street level, visitors to Hue are often captivated by the warm smiles of Hue people, the moss-covered tiled roofs, and the gentle corners. Yet from above, Hue reveals another kind of beauty – one that is never overwhelming, but quietly compelling, inviting viewers to linger a little longer through the harmonious and graceful character of this heritage city.

The exhibition “Memories lit by colors” by two artists, namely Hoang Dang Khanh and Tran Anh Huy, unfolds like a story of life’s memories told through painting, evoking a profound sense of emotion in viewers.

Alongside Bat Trang ceramics from Hanoi, Phuoc Tich ceramics from Hue tell viewers the cultural and historical stories through each artifact.

Beyond its majestic mountains and forests, the cultural values of A Luoi once again captivate viewers through its sketch artworks.

Doan Quynh Nhu’s paintings are her concerns about nature and people which are felt and shared by the viewer.

The exhibition titled “HER-ITAGE - Restructuring Traditional Embroidery”, held in late September, left many emotions and beautiful impressions on visitors and Hue residents with bridal gowns that carry cultural stories. At the exhibition, viewers could see firsthand the delicate, creative, and soaring carvings, inlays, and cuts of Vietnamese traditional embroidery art shown on vivid patterns of bridal gowns, including Hue royal motifs.

Unique artworks with six-layer cut specimens - a visual metaphor for the heritage reconstruction process - are on display at an exhibition themed “HER-ITAGE - Reconstructing traditional embroidery”, offering viewers a new and interesting experience.
