During a career orientation session at Byron Nelson High School in Texas, USA, my daughter and I had the opportunity to experience an exceptionally well-organized Culinary Arts vocational training model. In the U.S. education system, students are guided toward basic career paths as soon as they enter middle school, preparing them for vocational training in high school if they choose not to pursue a university pathway.

On November 19, Hue City Department of Health held a working session with a survey delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to study and collect information for the development of the project of “Central Vietnam Healthcare Network Development”. Spanning a total water surface area of more than 210 km², Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon system,consisting of three main lagoons: Tam Giang, Thuy Tu, and Cau Hai, is often praised as a natural masterpiece bestowed upon Hue. The Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon system connects to the East Sea via the Thuan An inlet (Tam Giang lagoon) and the Tu Hien inlet (Cau Hai lagoon). It is the largest brackish lagoon system in Vietnam as well as all of Southeast Asia with an incredibly rich and diverse ecosystem.
