The recent offline and online Job Fair in Hue City organized by the Employment Department (Ministry of Home Affairs) in coordination with the National Center for Employment Services and local Employment Service centers in the Central region recorded many businesses expanding their recruitment needs to meet production and business plans for the upcoming period.

On the morning of November 20th, at Hue City Employment Service Center, the Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs), in coordination with the National Employment Service Center and Employment Service Centers in regional localities, organized an offline-online hybrid job fair, simultaneously connecting with Quang Tri, Da Nang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Ngai. The event attracted a large number of businesses and workers.

On October 5th, the Vietnam Digital Media Association and VietTimes e-magazine held the Vietnam Digital Awards 2024 ceremony in Hanoi. Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) was honored in the category of Outstanding digital transformation by public service and business units with its solution “Applying digital technology to conserve and promote the values of Hue’s heritage.”

On the morning of June 26, the Department of Tourism coordinated with Vietnam National Halal Company Limited held a conference named “Introducing Halal standards – a Muslim friendly service” to create favorable conditions for the businesses in the provincial area access to the overview of Muslim tourism; Halal food; the Muslim friendly services; demands on Halal standards, and Halal certification programs.

On the morning of December 8, at the awarding ceremony for the Make in Vietnam Awards 2022 within the framework of the National Forum on Developing Digital Technology Businesses 2022 (VFTE 2022), organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications, "The smart urban services platform in Thua Thien Hue Province (Hue-S)” was honored to win the Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product Awards 2022, making it the Top 10 Best Digital Products for Digital Society.
