More than 4,700 job opportunities for workers at “Spring Job Connection”

HNN.VN - On the morning of March 9th, the Hue City Employment Service Center officially launched the Employment Month 2026 program with the theme “Spring Job Connection”. It attracted the participation of many businesses both within and outside the city, creating opportunities for direct connections between companies and job seekers during the first months of the year.

At the event, 34 units registered to participate in enrollment and recruitment activities with a total demand of 5.530 positions. Of these, three institutions offered vocational education enrollment with about 825 training slots, while the remaining 4.705 positions were for direct employment recruitment.

The recruitment structure was quite diverse. Twenty-two companies were recruiting for domestic employment with about 2.640 positions, mainly in export garment manufacturing, mechanical engineering, food production, trade and services, and information technology. In addition, nine units were recruiting workers for overseas employment with more than 2.000 positions, primarily in Germany, as well as in manufacturing, agriculture and construction sectors.

Several companies were seeking large numbers of workers, including HUAJING Garment Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), the Hue branch of Vinatex International Joint Stock Company, MSV Co., Ltd. and Billion Max Vietnam Export Processing Co., Ltd., Job openings ranged from production workers, technicians and sewing line managers to interpreters, mechanical technicians, sales staff, technical personnel and service employees. The average monthly income offered ranged from VND 6 million to VND 15 million, depending on the position and experience.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, hundreds of job seekers took part in consultation, job matching and recruitment interviews directly at the event.

As part of the program, in addition to direct consultations and interviews between businesses and workers, Hue City Employment Service Center also organized career counseling sessions, online job introductions, and support activities to help workers access labor market information and employment policies both domestically and abroad.

Employment Month 2026 is expected to help connect labor supply and demand, assist businesses in stabilizing their workforce soon after the Lunar New Year, and create more job opportunities for workers in the city and neighboring localities.
