For those living near the Tam Giang Lagoon, it is common to experience several floods each year. While flood season provokes anxieties over the safety of lives and property, it also allows fishermen to increase their income because the rising water brings an abundance of economically valuable aquatic species.

On the evening of April 19, at Hai Ba Trung pedestrian street (Hue City), the Provincial Department of Tourism organized the "Hue - Welcome Summer 2024" event. This event is part of the series of activities within Hue Festival 2024, with the aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome an attractive summer tourism season, as well as creating a media effect to attract visitors to Thua Thien Hue Province.

Scarcely had the boats been pushed into the sea, touching the water surface when the waves, in turn, hit the shore. The wind and waves struck the boat sides, causing the boat to wobble. A few days ago when I went to the market, I saw jellyfish on sale. The blue-footed jellyfish are wrapped in seawater by aunties at the market. The blue jellyfish and red chilli look so colorful.

It is the brilliant golden color of the sunshine, the wind, and the ripe rice paddies with plump and firm rice grains; it is also the color of rice straw, and the happy smiling faces of farmers on the harvest day. The village scene is bustling and busy, but strangely beautiful.
