In celebration of the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on May 18, the Nguyen Chi Thanh Merit Scholarship Fund under the Hue City Association for Promoting Education held a ceremony to award scholarships to students with outstanding achievements in the 2025-2026 National Excellent Student Competition. The award ceremony took place at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.

On April 22, the Zhishan Foundation, the City Social Work and Child Protection Center, in collaboration with the Phong Dien Ward People's Committee, organized the first-round scholarship awarding ceremony in 2026 for poor students overcoming difficulties in Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, and Phong Quang wards.

On April 18, the University of Education, Hue University, held a ceremony to award AMA scholarships with a total value of nearly VND 1.3 billion, funded by AMA Scholarship Fund, to 30 underprivileged students with outstanding academic efforts.

On April 16, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, coordinated with Phong Vu Trading, Service, Import-Export Co., Ltd to hold a regular scholarship awarding ceremony for the university’s students.

On the evening of January 16, Hue University held the 24th Nguyen Truong To Scholarship Award Ceremony for its students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the afternoon of December 12th, Hue University held a ceremony to award the 2025 Keidanren & JCCI scholarships to students in difficult circumstances who have made strong efforts and achieved good academic results.

On December 3rd, Hue City Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the “For Our Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa” Club, held a ceremony to present scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year to ethnic minority and island-area students in the city.

On the morning of November 21, Hue University, in collaboration with Vietnam Educational and Social Assistance Foundation (VESAF, NFP), awarded scholarships sponsored by the VESAF, NFP to students in difficult circumstances, who have demonstrated good academic and personal performance.

On the morning of November 12th, Hue University of Sciences, Hue University held a program to present scholarships and support gifts to students in difficult circumstances who suffered heavy losses during the floods at the end of October and early November.
