On September 25, Hue Fellow-Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with sponsors, handed over a VND 100 million project to renovate the restroom facilities at Phu Da Kindergarten (Hoa Tay Village, Phu Vang Commune). The delegation also awarded 50 scholarships to disadvantaged students with outstanding academic performance.
Also on this day, the delegation handed over a facility and awarded 30 scholarships to students at Lang Co Primary School (An Cu Dong 1 Village, Chan May - Lang Co Commune). The delegation also inaugurated and inspected the newly completed, standard-compliant restroom facilities at Nguyen Dinh Anh Primary and Secondary School (Thap Ha Village, Dan Dien Commune), and Sia Primary School (in Trang Luc Village, Quang Dien Commune).

Highlighting the significance of the initiative, Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh, Chairman of Hue Fellow-Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City, affirmed: “Clean restroom facilities and computers are not merely material support. They are a reflection of the care and sentiments that people living away always turn their hearts toward their homeland. We hope these small contributions can provide students with a safer and more welcoming learning environment, as well as better access to technology, so they can learn, grow, and look ahead to a brighter future.”
As part of the initiative, on September 26, Hue Fellow-Countrymen Association in Ho Chi Minh City, together with the Phong Dien Fellow-Countrymen Association and VietBowl Restaurant (Germany), donated 35 computer sets worth VND 300 million to schools in 5 wards, including Phong Dien, Phong Dinh, Phong Thai, Phong Phu and Phong Quang.
The timely support will help schools upgrade their computer labs, advance digital transformation, and give students in outlying areas better access to modern IT knowledge.
