On the afternoon of March 5th, a working delegation from the Standing Board of the City Party Committee, led by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, visited and held a working session at Carlsberg Vietnam in Phu Bai. Joining the delegation were Mr. Pham Duc Tien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong; along with leaders of several relevant city departments and agencies.

On the afternoon of March 2, Hue City Department of Construction announced that the Chairman of the City People's Committee has approved the investment policy for the reconstruction of Thanh Ha Bridge (Km 7+810, Provincial Road 4), in Hoa Chau Ward, with a total investment of nearly 125 billion VND.

On the afternoon of February 26, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, led a delegation to visit and work with several major businesses and investors in the locality at the beginning of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

On February 13th, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee, conducted a field survey and inspection of inland waterway tourism routes to assess their current status, development potential, and prospects for investment in tourism products and services.

On the afternoon of February 4th, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung inspected the progress of investment and construction of boarding inter-level schools (primary and lower secondary) in the communes of A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4, as well as visited and extended Lunar New Year greetings to families of meritorious persons and exemplary relatives of fallen contributors in the communes of A Luoi.

On February 4, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh had a courtesy meeting with the delegation of China Pacific Construction Group, led by Mr. Tong Shaoding, General Director, Vice Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on the evening of February 2, Hue City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City organized a Spring Reception to meet, congratulate, and express gratitude to diplomatic agencies, international organizations, investors, experts, and friends, who have partnered and cooperated with the locality over the past years.

On the morning of January 31st, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) provided Tet gifts for residents of Hue City through Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) of Hue City. The delegation was led by Comrade Tha Nong Xay Khut Phay Thun, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Head of the Investment Promotion and Economic Management Board of Vientiane Capital.
