Hue Central Hospital has successfully performed six organ transplants from a brain-dead donor, bringing life-saving and restorative opportunities to six critically ill patients. This achievement not only affirms the high level of expertise of the hospital’s medical team but also profoundly spreads the humanitarian value of organ and tissue donation within the community.

More than 16,000 martyrs’ graves in cemeteries across the city remain largely unidentified. It does not offer high income, while each maintenance session take times, possibly up to six hours or more for tuning and adjustments, depending on the condition and “ailment” of each piano.

This beauty has also blended with many other factors to contribute to the recognition of Ao dai as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage under the name “Knowledge of Tailoring and Wearing Hue Ao dai”. Hue locals in general and Hue women in particular have the right to hope that one day in the near future, Hue Ao dai will be recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Having just completed a major renovation and reopened to welcome visitors, the magnificent and ancient Thai Hoa Palace inside Hue Imperial Citadel attracts thousands of tourists for sightseeing and appreciation.
