The “Digital literacy for all” program has been implemented in Phu Bai Ward as a practical activity to help people access technology, equip them with basic digital skills, and become more confident in using digital platforms for daily life, work, and administrative procedures.

On the afternoon of December 24, at Hai Ba Trung High School, the Department of Education and Training held a training workshop to roll out digital citizenship skills education at the primary level for administrators of general education institutions with primary programs.

This goal was set out at the conference reviewing the training of Lao international students for the 2024-2025 academic year and outlining tasks for the 2025-2026 academic year, held by Hue College on the afternoon of December 23.

On the morning of October 17, the People’s Committee of Phong Phu Ward, in collaboration with NextX Future Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City), held a training session aimed at enhancing the digital technology skills of nearly 50 local households, aquaculture facility owners, and businesses involved in black tiger shrimp farming. ​

Building on digital citizens is a key factor that determines the success of the digital transformation revolution. In response to this urgent requirement, the “Digital Literacy for All” movement is seen as a practical and strategic initiative to popularize digital skills among the population. Popularizing digital technology and digital skills for the community has become a comprehensive strategic task, especially with the implementation of the new two-tier local government model. The Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources - Hue University currently plays a pivotal role in launching the “AI - Digital Literacy for All” movement designed to bring technological knowledge closer to the community, particularly targeting officials, civil servants, public employees, teachers, and citizens.

Taking place from October 23 to November 26, the online contest to learn about the Hue-S digital platform is organized by the Department of Information and Communications with the desire to contribute to improving digital skills and promoting the development of digital society and digital economy of the province.
