During a career orientation session at Byron Nelson High School in Texas, USA, my daughter and I had the opportunity to experience an exceptionally well-organized Culinary Arts vocational training model. In the U.S. education system, students are guided toward basic career paths as soon as they enter middle school, preparing them for vocational training in high school if they choose not to pursue a university pathway.

At the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the qualities of dedication, deep expertise, and moral integrity in an educator are often associated - by generations of students, trainees, and colleagues - with Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quoc Huy, the Rector. According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training, at the 55th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2025), held in Paris, France from July 17th to 25th, Tran Le Thien Nhan from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted not only won a Silver Medal but was also named one of five global recipients of the “STEM for All” award presented by the Thales Group (France).

On the afternoon of July 25, Hue Central Hospital hosted the workshop titled “KMOLs - Communication Skills Training for Healthcare Experts as Social Influencers”. The event was jointly organized by Hue Central Hospital, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, and RMIT University Vietnam.

On July 18th and 19th, the 2nd Vietnam Hernia Conference took place at the Training and Direction Center of Hue Central Hospital, co-organized by the hospital and the Vietnam Hernia Society. This is an important scientific event, aiming to update and share clinical knowledge and experience in treating hernia-related conditions.
