Kim Doi village, Quang Thanh commune, Quang Dien district is known as a bustling place for producing dried noodle sheets during the off-season. On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.

On the afternoon of November 27, the Provincial Women's Union, in collaboration with the Blue Dragon International (Blue Dragon Children's Organization), organized a conference to exchange experiences and implement support activities for children, adolescents, and women, as well as the prevention and combat against human trafficking, between Thua Thien Hue and Ha Giang provinces.

In 2024, there has been six individuals who donated artifacts, and nine establishments and individuals involved in producing traditional Hue handicrafts supported the Thua Thien Hue Museum of History in its exhibition and display efforts to promote Hue’s cultural heritage to the public and visitors.
