On the morning of February 10, Hue City Police Youth Union, in collaboration with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, Hue Central Hospital, organized the Red Spring Festival 2026. The event drew a large number of youth union members.

Behind each little cake were care, creativity, and gentle skills, helping children fall in love with the family kitchen and feel proud of Hue’s culinary culture.

This is a practical activity aimed at raising awareness and equipping students with water safety skills, while spreading the responsibility of families, schools, and the whole society in protecting children from the risk of drowning.

On the morning of December 18th, in A Luoi 2 Commune, Hue City Center for Disease Control (CDC Hue) held the award ceremony for the Tobacco Harm Prevention (THP) Contest for students from secondary schools in A Luoi area. The program is part of the Tobacco Harm Prevention plan for the 2025 - 2026 period and is funded by the Tobacco Harm Prevention Fund under the Ministry of Health.
