At the end of each year, together with many medical schools across the country, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, holds the “Macchabée Festival - Gratitude to Those Who Donate Their Bodies to Science”. Held annually, the event has become a meaningful tradition for medical and pharmacy students to express their deep gratitude and respect to the “silent teachers” - those who have chosen to dedicate their bodies to the advancement of knowledge and the preservation of life.

On March 6th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, together with representatives of several relevant departments and agencies, held a working session and inspected the progress of investment and construction of boarding inter-level schools (primary and lower secondary) in A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4 communes.

On the afternoon of March 6, Hue Tourism College (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) held a conference on career guidance and enrollment for 2026. Attending the event were representatives of state management agencies, 51 high schools and secondary schools, as well as businesses and organizations involved in training and human resource development.

On the afternoon of February 4th, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung inspected the progress of investment and construction of boarding inter-level schools (primary and lower secondary) in the communes of A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4, as well as visited and extended Lunar New Year greetings to families of meritorious persons and exemplary relatives of fallen contributors in the communes of A Luoi.

From January 15 to 18, the Department of Education and Training organized a training session on applying information technology and enhancing the capacity to implement STEM education, and experiential and career orientation activities for administrators and teachers from ethnic minority boarding schools in the area.

On the afternoon of December 24, at Hai Ba Trung High School, the Department of Education and Training held a training workshop to roll out digital citizenship skills education at the primary level for administrators of general education institutions with primary programs.

On the afternoon of December 21, Hue City Department of Health organized the 2025 Child Drowning Prevention Knowledge and Skills Contest. This is a practical activity aimed at raising awareness and equipping students with water safety skills, while spreading the responsibility of families, schools, and the whole society in protecting children from the risk of drowning.

On the morning of December 18th, in A Luoi 2 Commune, Hue City Center for Disease Control (CDC Hue) held the award ceremony for the Tobacco Harm Prevention (THP) Contest for students from secondary schools in A Luoi area. The program is part of the Tobacco Harm Prevention plan for the 2025 - 2026 period and is funded by the Tobacco Harm Prevention Fund under the Ministry of Health.

Over 200 students from secondary schools in Thuan Hoa Ward (Hue City) took part in an educational event promoting knowledge about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as communication activities related to the 2025 Family Development Strategy.

From December 5th to 7th, at UK Academy Hue, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) organized training sessions on digital transformation in teaching, assessment, and school management, focusing on the use of the LMS360 system and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational activities.

Today, the children learned to sing the song "Teachers and Friends" written in the tune of Dang Dan Cung. Following the teacher's tapping rhythm, the cheerful lyrics and melodies of the song were paused and sung by the children in rhythm.
